Costa Rica sin Ingredientes ArtificialesCosta Rica
Seat Country

Even though it has only 51.100 Km2, Costa Rica's small territory is famous and known for its large diversity and concentration of natural resources.

Few places in the world offer so many wonders in such a small area, since Costa Rica has 6% of the planet's biodiversity. Attractions such as the Arenal Volcano, with its almost perfect cone shape and the show offered by its red-hot lava eruptions and the Poas Volcano, one of the World's largest craters (1 km. long in diameter), are some of the interesting sites offered by Costa Rica.

The respect Costa Ricans have for nature has more than 25% of the territory protected under some management category, such as: national parks, biological resources and national wild life shelters, mainly. Its climate is one of its greatest attractions: a pleasant temperature all year round, which lets the tourist explore at ease. Also, the size of its territory makes it easy to travel: in less than one day, from the Pacific to the Caribbean. The average temperature in the Central Valley is 72°F ( 22°C), while in coasts and beaches it ranges between 70°F and 90°F ( 21°C and 32°C).

Dolphins, beautiful migratory seabirds, white and black sand, the variety of maritime ecosystems, ideal for diving and fishing, make of Costa Rica the ideal place to forget about stress and enjoy a unique experience.

Live nature, exuberant, green islands, warm beaches, tropical forests, unique in the world, friendly people: this is Costa Rica, the country that will be your host at the Latin American Internal Audit Congress.
